Property Checks
It is a
requirement of the majority of second home insurance companies to have
regular property checks whilst the property is empty.
Our checks are
thorough and include an internal and external check. We check for
security, maintenance and any damage to the property. These checks can
also be tailored to your requirements
Trade Access
We provide access for trades and
can be present to
accept deliveries. Again, this can be pre-arranged or indeed for the
same day.
Call Outs
We are available for callouts 365 days a year,
including same day and short notice.
This service is
between the hours of 8am to 7pm. If in the unfortunate event of an
emergency and we are called out outside these hours then double rates
will apply.
